The current state on the housing sector in Montenegro has many similarities with the rest of the Western Balkans countries, such as BiH, North Macedonia and Serbia.

This was the occasion for four civil society organizations from the mentioned countries, based on years of cooperation, to gather at the international conference held in Tuzla on October 13, 2022. The conference was intended to present and compare established policies and the current situation regarding social housing.

The event was also attended by representatives of organizations - CENSOR/B&H, HTO/N. Macedonia, ADP-ZID/Montenegro and A11/Belgrade.

Igor Milosevic was the panelist at the event where he presented the Policy Brief document – Housing Policy and Space Management. Also, he presented the panel on future cooperation of the signatories of the declaration on cooperation that was made in 2019, not only for these four OCDs but also for other organizations working in the field of private housing in the Western Balkans.
